A Valentine and Sock Monkey for Sydney!

I was recently in a Love You Much Swap with my friend Robin Merriman (it's a great swap group called the Go-divas...isn't that fun!)  and this was my swap!  It's one of those great top note die gift bags!  Another terrific reason to own a Big Shot!  These are so adorable and easy!

So I have a good friend and customer who has a thing for sock monkeys...it's a "family thing".  And our Sock Monkey is totally cute and adorable, but frankly, sock monkeys creep me out!  I have some card samples from Convention and Sydney needed some ideas so this is for you, girlie! Enjoy these fabulous ideas!  I especially love the paper piecing done on the sock monkey...so cute! I did not make any of these but they are great samples and *almost* tempt me to buy that sock monkey:)!

Leadership Projects!

          Swap cards!

I thought today I would show a few of the projects we did as make and takes!  They were great make and takes!  So stinkin' cute!  We also had a nugget box with way cute tags but I didn't get them done at Leadership but plan to do them this week sometime...oh, it's already Thursday!  Okay, maybe next week!  Haha!  

I am also posting the card I made for my husband for his birthday this Saturday and a couple of my swap cards for Leadership.  Enjoy!

Okay, here are a few more pictures from Leadership!  We have Jaron, demoing some of his new favorite products, a couple demo boards with fun, new products, a few swaps that my lucky friends got and I didn't but loved!  I don't have them so I can't give credit, but if it's yours, tell me and I will post it!  And the last picture if of me with some stamping buddies going to see Twilight...AGAIN!  That was so fun...a theater full of Stampin' Up! demonstrators!  Glenda Travelstead (in the red and brown in front) had seen Twilight now 27 times!!!!  WOW!  We love Edward!

I would love to post more pics of product but apparently that is a no-no!  So enjoy the little sneak peak you had before I knew it was a no-no!  I'll put more display board pictures up later today...off to a meeting!

Leadership 2009!

Woo Hoo!  I can't believe how much fun Leadership was!  We had a blast!  Classes were great, free stamps, AWESOME make and takes, NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS of DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING on the way, not to mention the NEW 2009 Spring/Summer Catalog!  There are some great new accessories and stamp sets that are going to knock your socks off!  I am at the airport now getting ready to fly home but I will leave you with a few pictures!  I will post more either tonight (if I'm not too whipped from this trip!) or Monday morning!

Happy New Year everyone!  I know it has been a while since I have posted some creativity!  It has been a busy Christmas season...I am currently in Ohio visiting my family and will fly home today but I (with my mom and sister's help!) have been working on some swaps for Leadership!  I fly out next Wednesday for Orlando for Stampin' Up!'s Leadership Conference!  It will be so much fun!  These are a couple of the cards I have for swaps so far with NEW sets from the NEW Spring/Summer 2009 catalog I will be picking up on Wednesday!  Woo-hoo!  Enjoy and I will post more soon!
